Privacy And Consent
Catanzee privacy, account, and ad information.
Catanzee is a lightweight tabletop dice tracker. We keep the data needed to sign you in, save your game history, and restore your stats across devices. We do not run public profiles, social feeds, or public posting.
What we collect
- Your email address and sign-in details are handled through Amazon Cognito.
- Gameplay data includes player names, roll totals, game history, and summary stats you create in the app.
- Basic operational data may be logged in AWS so the hosted app and account features can function.
How we use it
- To sign you in and help you reset your password.
- To save your current game, archived games, and overall statistics.
- To sync your saved data between devices when you use the same account.
Ads and consent
- Catanzee may show Google AdSense display ads after a user has completed enough games to unlock that experience.
- Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to its own policies and consent requirements.
- If consent messaging is required for your region, it will be shown before personalized ad features are used.
Retention and sharing
- Your gameplay history is not published publicly by the app.
- Data is stored in your browser and in the app's AWS-hosted backend tied to your account.
- You can stop using the service at any time, and account-specific data can be reviewed or removed later as the product evolves.
